Blowing Rocks Blowing Rocks Nature Preserve is a unique outcropping of Anastasia rock along the Atlantic Ocean just north of Jupiter, Florida. These rocks create some astonishing effects during storms and high tide with huge geysers of salt spray, thus the "blowing rocks".
